The most important factor in any furniture manufacturing unit is the type of wood employed. Taking this factor into account, we source our wood only from certified and reputed in the industry. Treatment of Wood
Treating the timber before processing it is another essential factor in the furniture manufacturing industry. We use different types of chemical treatments that protect the furniture from termites, bugs, borers and other insects. The wood is also made to undergo a drying process in kilns to reduce the level of moisture in it. The wood is also subjects to various stress and durability tests to check their strength. Each of the finished furniture is polished with a lead free polish. Only natural wax and shellac are used to enhance the look and beauty of the finished furniture.

Infrastructure
Our state-of-the-art production unit spread over a large expanse of land is equipped with all requisite advanced machineries like bulk wood cutting machine, polishing machines, etc. Our spacious workplace ensures efficient operation including free moving of wood as well as accommodating a large number of workers. We are outfitted with the latest technology, which ensures fast and quality production facilitating us to cater to any bulk demand of our valued customers promptly. Warehousing and Packing

We fumigate our warehouse on a regular basis to ensure that the products are protected from insects, termites, borers, etc. The moisture free atmosphere at the warehouse prevents the wood from puffing.

We use appropriate packaging material like plastic bubble sheets to safeguard our furniture from any sort of scratches. These sheets are selected on the basis of the size of the furniture, covering it completely and protecting it from transit damage & extreme climatic conditions like heat, rain, moisture, etc.
